How might we provide Chefs with better stories behind produce? Understanding where produce comes from, who grows it, and the story behind it matters to chefs. We worked with SGS to help their chefs access richer information about the ingredients they use. The solution surfaces produce origins, pricing, and seasonal recommendations, supporting creative, story-driven menus that stay fresh and connected to the source.
