Product & AI Enabled Experience Design

I'm a seasoned Designer working across product, UX strategy, service design, and AI enabled experiences.

I simply love to build and design experiences. I have a strong background in visual design and graphic design which has given me the skills I need to create delightful experiences and convey my vision early to stakeholders.

My approach is grounded in making ideas tangible early, whether that is mapping a current state, shaping a future experience, testing concepts with users, or aligning stakeholders around a clearer path forward.

I also use AI enabled workflows as part of my design practice to accelerate synthesis, explore directions faster, strengthen storytelling, and improve the speed and quality of iteration. That includes using AI to support research sense making, concept generation, prototyping inputs, design critique, and translating early thinking into sharper artefacts for teams and clients.
