Lone Worker - Logan City Council

A native iOS and Apple Watch app built to support Logan City Council staff during high-risk interactions.

Logan City Council partnered with Telstra Purple to design and deliver a native iOS and watchOS solution that improves safety for council staff working alone in the field. The iPhone app and its Apple Watch companion allow workers to discreetly trigger a duress alert if they feel unsafe.

Once activated, the system notifies their team—enabling a quiet, coordinated response without drawing attention or escalating the situation. This solution provides a critical safety layer for staff operating in unpredictable or high-risk environments.
