Talent Management Systems has over 40 years of scientific research behind its psychometric assessment platform. The opportunity was clear: could AI help teams apply those insights in a way that was more accessible, more personal, and more actionable?

TeamOS was built to answer that question. Over six months, the product was taken from discovery to MVP, grounded in the hypothesis that AI could help individuals and teams understand each other more deeply while preserving the rigour of an established psychometric framework.

Rolled out to some of Australia's largest enterprises, feedback from users and teams was overwhelmingly positive. People found TeamOS intuitive and easy to use, with a genuine impact on how teams understood one another and performed together.
