I've lead numerous design discovery projects for Queensland Police. Helping QPS develop apps for their frontline officers to use mobility in the field to reduce cognitive load and increase efficiency without paper based forms and processes. Having held federal level security clearances, I've been able to work with QPS to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements in the field and make impact for the community.
